Leak-detection consultations start from $250. This is not a fixed price. The confirmed price depends on the leak pattern, roof access, size, previous repair attempts and investigation required. We confirm the consultation price before booking; leak detection is not a free quote service.

Thermal imaging can show temperature differences that may indicate hidden moisture. It is used alongside a physical roof and roof-space inspection, moisture testing and the history of when the leak appears. It does not replace trade judgement or guarantee every wet area is visible.

The terms are explained before the investigation begins. They define the agreed area, access requirements, testing allowed and what counts as locating the likely entry point. Any repair work is a separate quoted scope.

A limited repair may be possible when the cause is clear, the required material is available and conditions allow safe work. Otherwise, we explain the finding and provide a separate repair quote. Temporary weatherproofing may be available for active water entry.

The written repair quote sets out the leak repair and workmanship guarantee for the agreed area. If the same issue returns, the covered work is reviewed under those terms. New defects or water entry outside the quoted area are assessed separately.
