Roof-repair pricing starts from $299 for a minor repair. Valley, flashing, ridge capping, storm and multi-area repairs cost more. This is not a fixed price. We inspect the damaged area, access and materials required before providing an accurate free quote.

We source the closest suitable terracotta, concrete or specialty tile available. Age and weathering can make an exact colour match difficult, and discontinued profiles may need reclaimed tiles or another agreed solution. We show you the proposed match before a visible change is made.

The written quote sets out the workmanship warranty and leak repair guarantee for the agreed repair area. Manufacturer warranties may also apply to selected materials. The terms vary with the defect and repair method, so the written job documents define the coverage.

A limited defect such as a few broken tiles, local flashing damage or worn pointing may only need repair. Restoration may be more suitable when cleaning, widespread repairs, repointing and a new coating are all needed. We explain both options before quoting.
